Our Customer is King
We offer various types of private property available for rent:
Rooms: 1 or 2 singles or doubles with a host staying in the apartment (in the next room) – apartment share with a shared kitchen and bathroom.
Apartments: self-contained separate private flats without a host. Apartments range from 1 to 4 rooms in each, including a lounge/living room plus a private bathroom and kitchen.
Houses: self-contained cottages with or without host.
They are all furnished and feature heating in cold seasons, fully equipped kitchens (with everything necessary to cook your own meal-electric or gas cooker, microwave oven, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and other kitchen appliances), bathroom (WC, bath/shower), TV, and Internet/Wi-Fi access (optionally). Laundry facilities are available optionally.
The rooms in our apartments can be of different kind: studios and bed-sitters, singles, doubles with 1 double king-size bed, twins with 2 single beds, or triples with 3 beds. There is often a comfortable convertible double sofa bed in a living room/lounge, which is quite usual sleeping place in Germany. Our most spacious apartments allow up to 7 guests to sleep in their 4 rooms. Besides, upon request, we provide comfortable extra beds for additional guests. We understand that it is important to accommodate the members of larger groups in one and the same area.
We accommodate our guests in safe and secure residential areas only, thus providing a truly peaceful environment. At the same time, every our apartment is located in close proximity to public transport facilities, entertainment places and historical sites. Local supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants are to your service. You can order a place close to either a city centre/downtown, or fair grounds (within walking distance or few minutes by tram/bus).
